Excellent sub-contractor opportunities for experienced window installers in Northeastern North Carolina.

We are the exclusive Central and Eastern Virginia window installer for one of the largest U.S. home renovation companies and we have been asked to expand our service area to include Northeastern North Carolina.

Our need is urgent! We will be in Elizabeth City on Sunday, June 2, to meet prospective independent contractors.

Local jobs with scheduling services provided.

Our schedules are kept full by our principal's dedicated outside sales reps, in-store sales associates, extensive online marketing, and TV advertising.

We pay weekly with ACH payment available.

We provide installer-friendly scheduling and job management software with all necessary training.

We provide outstanding technical and administrative support as does our principal.

Requirements

Computer, printer, internet connection, and basic computer skills.

Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background investigation.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience installing windows and related carpentry work.

An appropriate vehicle or vehicle and trailer to safely transport products to job sites.

All necessary tools to complete window installations and related carpentry work.

License and Insurance Requirements

EPA RRP Certified.

State contractors or trade specific licensing to conduct business in North Carolina.

General liability insurance.

Commercial Auto Insurance

Worker's Compensation Insurance

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to expertly install a wide range of windows in residential properties, which will include:

Coordinating with the scheduling and administrative support staff to meet customers' expectations and principal's performance standards.

Providing exceptional customer service and communication to include giving advance notice to customers of any delays or schedule changes and advising customers no less than 30 minutes notice of your arrival.

Performing accurate measurement and assessment of installation sites and reporting results that day

Installing windows according to installation notes found in sales contract.

Ensuring proper sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing

Demonstrating to customers that all windows are working correctly and are undamaged and, if necessary, explain the process to resolve any defects.
