QC Seed Health Development Analyst Into actionAs a QC Seed Health Development Analyst at Syngenta, you help ensure that growers around the world can rely on healthy, high-quality vegetable seeds. Through your laboratory work, you contribute to the development and improvement of the methods used to detect seed pathogens. You will join the Seed Health Development team within Quality Control. Working closely with QC Operations, you will help turn scientific methods into reliable, practical tests that support our day-to-day quality control.The challengeReliable seed health testing starts with strong methods and trustworthy data. In this role, you will perform laboratory experiments to support the development, optimization and validation of seed health testing methods. You will follow established protocols, carefully record your results and contribute to troubleshooting when results need further investigation. Your work will involve microbiological testing methods and techniques such as ELISA, qPCR and nucleic acid extraction. You will help generate robust data, maintain laboratory procedures and support the continuous improvement of our testing processes. We work to high standards for quality, safety and governance.
