As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and purity of our vegetable seeds. You'll conduct cutting-edge genetic and analytical tests, lead exciting projects, and collaborate with experts across our global organization. Your main responsibilities are: Perform advanced laboratory tests using flow cytometry, liquid chromatography, and molecular marker analysisIdentify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovativeLead and support team projects, aimed at continuous improvements and implementation of new methodsProvide technical expertise and training to team membersAnalyse complex data and perform root cause analysis to contribute to data-driven decision makingCommunicate effectively with customers and stakeholdersParticipate in international quality control initiatives and proficiency testing
