Looking for a mature, professional, clean cut, hard working and organized individual to manage 65 room hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to day operations of the property.
-Maintain the physical condition of the property, including regular maintenance and repairs.
-Coordinate with the staff for property upkeep and improvement projects.
-Increasing sales, marketing, and occupancy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel/motel management or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Goal Oriented
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Flexibility to handle after- hour emergencies and occasional weekend duties
- Lodging, utilities, and parking included as compensation during initial trial period
Compensation Structure: Following trial period, two main components of compensation will depend either on their consistent management performance (employee management, problem solving, task completion - which will be assessed subjectively) or their improvement of occupancy sales and revenue (measured objectively). Any individual who is able to demonstrate a marked improvement in monthly revenue, daily and weekly occupancy, and other metrics may be considered to have a compensation structure based on performance. Structures will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
