Description We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join our team in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania. In this role you will be tasked with preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. You will be offering comprehensive tax planning and consulting services to clients in order to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex tax returns for various entities including individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Provide comprehensive tax planning and consulting services to a wide spectrum of clients.
Maintain familiarity with changing tax laws and legislation to provide updated consultation services.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all tax-related documents.
Collaborate with other team members to provide holistic financial advice and solutions.
Take the initiative to mentor and guide junior tax accountants.
Handle tax audits and liaise with tax authorities on behalf of the clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent status.
Proven experience as a tax accountant with a strong background in tax preparation, planning, and compliance.
Proficient knowledge in domestic tax laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and time-management abilities.
Ability to work both as a part of a team and independently.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
