Position Overview:We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Part-Time Line Cook’s to become an integral part of our culinary team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, creating delicious dishes that leave a lasting impression on our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our food truck.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and quality standards.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, notifying the chef or manager when supplies need to be replenished.
Uphold high standards of food quality and presentation.
Adapt to changing menu items and special requests.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook or in a similar role.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
