We are currently seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for a long-term project located on Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC.The role of the CQCM is to manage the QC activities of all workers and subcontractors involved in the construction, installation and repair of the project from design through punch list completions. Functions include:Preparing, issuing, and implementing quality control program in compliance with owner contract and requirements in a timely fashion in each phase of construction projectPreparing, verifying and tracking product submittalsPreparing documentation in accordance with company policy including, but not limited to, preparing daily reports, time sheets, as built drawingsInspecting work in progress to ensure conformance with plans and specificationsAdministering corporate quality control program to ensure that applicable federal, state, and corporate regulations and policies are strictly followed in every daily aspect of operation.
