Busy mental health office looking to hire a medical records clerk!
You will be responsible for pulling and filing charts, scanning, sending & receiving medical record request, up-keeping of charts (physical & electronic), making sure notes are signed by providers, and printing notes . At least 4 years of experience with medical records and insurance audits required. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and know how to use office tools such as a fax machine and printer. Experience with Practice Fusion EMR preferred.
