A family-owned commercial and residential cleaning company, is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented janitors/cleaners to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including commercial properties, apartments, residential homes, and spaces requiring move-out or deep cleaning services.
This is a 1099 contract position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, large scrubbers and sweepers, power washers, and extraction equipment.
Spot clean carpets, rugs and upholstery
Re-stocking janitorial supplies
Restroom, office and public cleaning
Trash removal
Carpet, upholstery and hard floor care
Ride-on sweepers and scrubbers
Clean offices, restrooms, public areas, as instructed including fixtures such as sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, air vents, furniture, equipment, window sills, and walls.
Other duties as assigned.
Michelle wants to add must be able to climb flights of stairs.
Qualifications:
Experience is not necessary. We will provide training, as needed.
Must be 18 or older.
Detail-oriented.
Must have a flexible schedule Monday – Friday, and able to work occasional weekends.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, and lift 20 pounds or more.
Must have reliable transportation

The pay range for this position is $25-$120 per day. Pay is weekly, per job (not hourly).
