Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a mobile detailing team
Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing services
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction on every job
Manage daily job flow, time, and service quality
Maintain equipment, supplies, and professional standards
Communicate professionally with clients and leadership
Requirements (Required to Apply)
2-3 years of professional auto detailing experience
3 years of management or team leadership experience
Willing to work weekends and holidays as business demands
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Client-first mindset with high service standards
