Cleaning Manager

We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated cleaning manager to oversee the effective and efficient operation of our cleaning services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, knowledge of quality cleaning practices. As a Cleaning Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

-Main Duties-

-Manage, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure high quality service delivery

-Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site

-Monitor and inspect all cleaning standards to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications

-Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring their proper usage and maintenance

-Regularly assess the performance of cleaning staff, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement or additional training

-Coordinate and facilitate training programs for new and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledgeEnsure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to occupational health and safety guidelines Order, stock, and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory within budgetary constraints

-Collaborate with clients to address their specific needs and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

-Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate documentation on cleaning duties, staff performance, and inventory management

-What we are looking for-

Proven experience as a Cleaning Site Manager or similar role in the commercial cleaning industry

A solid understanding of cleaning procedures, practices, and equipment, particularly in a commercial or industrial setting

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire a diverse team

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and staff at all levels

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the cleaning industry

Proficiency in using computer programs and software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
