Full time custodian needed at an industrial building located on NC87 on the Cumberland/Bladen County line.
Hours:
Monday-Friday = 8am-4pm
Duties:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in restrooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, lobbies, and hallways.
Dusting furniture, dusting wall fixtures, and cleaning glass in hallways, breakrooms, meeting rooms, and lobbies.
Cleaning toilets, sinks, urinals, doors, mirrors, tables, and counters in restrooms, meeting rooms, and breakrooms.
Restocking paper towels, toilet paper, soap, disinfectant spray, and air fresheners.
Picking up trash along road once a week.
Drive a pick-up while doing roadside clean-up and a golf cart to get between service areas.
Requirements:
No criminal record for last 7 years.
No larceny or violent crime on record.
Valid and up-to-date North Carolina Driver's license.
Pass a pre-employment drug test.
