Carpentry (including framing and trim) vinyl siding, door installation, painting, Sheetrock, light electrical and plumbing, landscaping and general labor. Hiring one person, not a crew. that is skilled and experienced in multiple areas of construction. Work involves renovation of homes to be placed on the market for sale. Must have transportation and own tools. This is not a full-time job.
