Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: .50 – .75 bps per closed transaction (with new Loan Officers you train)paid via W2 (NOT Hourly or Salary)
At NCCHC, a HUD-approved nonprofit mortgage brokerage, we’re not just in the business of mortgages—we’re in the business of changing lives. We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Trainer (Brokers) who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of loan officers.
What You’ll Do:
Train, mentor, and guide newly licensed mortgage loan officers through the entire loan process (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, etc.).
Provide hands-on coaching in loan origination, compliance, systems, and client communication.
Develop easy-to-follow training resources and conduct live virtual sessions.
Support new LOs until they’re confident and closing loans independently.

What We’re Looking For:
Active or previous Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in NC.
Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs.
Experience training, mentoring, or managing loan officers a huge plus.
Clear communicator, patient teacher, and results-driven leader.
