Our teams run the daily operations of a Furniture and Floor Covering business. Our unique set-up allows us to operate our entire business inside of a well-known retailer, which brings in hundreds of customers a day, creating many sales opportunities throughout each day.

Our pay rate is based on experience, and in addition to a guaranteed 40-hour weekly income, we offer 2 additional ways for our employees to earn extra money. We have our monthly bonus programs, which is based on attaining realistic monthly sales targets, where you can earn up to 5% of sales over target. Our second monthly bonus program is based on individual efforts, and can be very rewarding for sales driven individuals.

We pay our employees EVERY week, unlike most employers, who pay every other week.

Monthly Bonus Payouts usually average between $200-$400 per month, paid out once a month.

Our retail work week is 5-days/40 hours a week. We do require Saturday and Sunday shifts, as the business dictates, leaving 2 days off during the week, as a common schedule. At times, you may be asked to work additional hours, at overtime rates, of course. You must be able to work independently, drive sales, and maintain a clean and profitable work environment. Some heavy lifting is required with this job. Our main focus is our customers and the assurance they are taken care of completely. A typical day consists of light computer work, stocking inventory, organizing the sales floor, and taking call of our customer’s needs.
