We are seeking a Knowledge Systems Specialist with deep experience in Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI, to support mission-critical operations in Fayetteville, NC.
Must be local or able to relocate to the Fayetteville, NC area
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
Security+ (or IAT II equivalent) certification required before start date
Responsibilities include:
Administering and enhancing Microsoft SharePoint environments
Supporting and developing SharePoint Apps and collaborative tools
Creating out-of-the-box SharePoint apps and workflows
Performing site collection administration and SharePoint maintenance
Providing end-user support and driving user adoption
Performing general data and access control administration
Implementing and supporting Knowledge System tools and frameworks
Ensuring compliance with Information Assurance security policies
Utilizing Power BI and other tools to support decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen — no green cards, no sponsorship
3–10 years of experience in knowledge systems, collaboration tools, or similar roles
Must have Active Government Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
Active Security+ (or equivalent IAT Level II certification)
Strong experience with SharePoint, Office 365, and Power BI
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to work onsite in Fayetteville, NC
