We are seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom sales and design associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for on-site evaluations of projects for residential and commercial remodeling. Kitchen and bathrooms are the core of our business however you will also provide evaluations and design for full service construction and renovations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for learning design and product ordering software, be familiar will multiple products and vendors, and be responsible for ordering and facilitating communications to production management and customers.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure product is available
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, construction or renovations
Ability to thrive in a challenging environment
Ability to build rapport with customers at the design center and in-home
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong comprehension of technology to include design software
