Construction Project Superintendent
General Contractor is seeking full-time seasoned Construction Project Superintendent.
Construction Project Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be able to thoroughly read plans and specifications.
Coordinate multiple trades.
Have strong organizational skills.
Must be documentation oriented.
Develop RFI’s
Review and process shop drawings and submittals.
Working knowledge of building from the ground up, MEP’s, site/civil work, shell and finishes.
Utilize and update Procore software a must (Procore knowledge a plus but not necessary).
Computer skills that will enable them to develop schedules, write email correspondence in a professional manner.
Be able to communicate with architects, owners, inspectors, sub-contractors and end users effectively and professionally.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within North Carolina.
Maintain a safe work environment.
