We need an avid gardener with love for the plants to take care of a large indoor garden as well some outdoor plants. We have two other part time gardeners helping but we need another one due to the time and labor needs. Must be knowledgable about watering, potting, repotting, mixing potting soil, mulching, pruning and sterilizing the pruners, hedge trimming, deadheading, fertilization, occasional pesticide application, misting, removing dead leaves, staking, planting bulbs, digging bulbs and other aspects of gardening. This job overlaps but is different from general landscaping. Some elements of landscaping knowledge are applicable but we have a landscaping company do the seeding. Our gardener mows the lawn, but you can too. We have our own zero turn lawn mower, tow behind sprayer, back pack sprayer, indoor water supply, bulk slow release and foliar fertilizers, potting mix elements, and bulk compost. Mulching is only required for pots. We have our landscaping company do the bulk mulching of outdoor beds. Should be able and willing to work with existing two other gardeners.
Majority of the work will be done at home office and some at the business office.
