Moore National Facility Service (MNFS) is hiring Preventive Maintenance Technicians to service residential housing units on Fort Liberty (Fort Bragg). This is 1099 independent contractor work with flexible scheduling, simple preventive maintenance tasks, and strong earning potential.
PAY STRUCTURE
$50 per completed unit
Average unit size: 1,250 sq. ft.
Earning Example:
10 units/day = $500/day
3 days/week = $1,500/week
Paid weekly.
ABOUT THE WORK (Preventive Maintenance Only)
This is NOT repairs, HVAC installs, or heavy plumbing. This is simple, easy, PM work.
Example Tasks:
Replace one HVAC filter (provided)
Replace light bulbs
Replace cracked light covers
Replace fire alarms/smoke detectors (provided)
Light tightening of hoses or small pipe connections
Test smoke/CO₂ detectors
Test GFCI outlets
Light coil cleaning using a mini vacuum
Basic appliance, plumbing, and safety checks
NO MAJOR REPAIRS
Your job is to document any major issue, take photos, add notes, and check off the full PM checklist in the client system.
ALL PARTS PROVIDED
Filters, bulbs, alarms, covers, etc.
Professionalism Required
This is active military housing — technicians must be reliable, respectful, and present themselves professionally.
SCHEDULE
Minimum 1 day per week
You pick your days: Monday–Friday

Basic tool set

Must carry general liability insurance (typical policies $25–$50/month)
