Local family-owned government contracting firm is in search of a construction superintendent to oversee small and large-scale government construction projects. This role includes but is not limited to:
- Ensuring contracts are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Ensuring subcontractors complete the work as required.
- Serve as the liaison between subcontractors and the government.
This person must have:
- General construction knowledge
- Be able to read blueprints
- Managerial skills
- A valid Real ID / Driver's license (gold star in the upper right corner or an additional form of identification such as a passport)
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to get on to military installations
- Must be able to work from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility during high-priority situations
- Willing to travel
