Innovation Performance Technologies, a custom car shop located in Aberdeen, NC, is looking for a talented Automotive Fabricator and Technician to join our team.
We build high-end, one-of-a-kind muscle cars from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for a skilled professional who loves fabrication and seeing a project through from start to finish. If you have pride in your work and a strong background in welding and assembly, we want to talk to you.
PAY: $20 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts. NO WEEKENDS.
Key Responsibilities:
TIG and MIG welding on chassis components and sheet metal.
Custom metal fabrication (cutting, shaping, fitting panels).
Full vehicle assembly, including drivetrain, suspension, and electrical.
Reading and following build plans to exact specifications.
Finishing all work to a high-quality, show-car standard.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in custom car building, fabrication, or high-end restoration.
Must have strong welding and metalworking skills.
Experience with American muscle cars is a huge plus.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work cleanly.
Must be able to work at our shop in Aberdeen, NC.
