DME Company based in NC is seeking an individual to work full time as a Medical Equipment Service Specialist in Dunn, NC and surrounding areas. This position involves delivering, picking up and conducting service calls for durable home medical equipment.

Position Outline:
Schedule and perform delivery and pick up of medical equipment at patients’ homes, hospitals, or other clinical environments as necessary.
On site repair of broken equipment as needed
Refurbishing worn equipment as needed
Maintain service center equipment, in patient ready condition at all time
Coordinate weekly inventory audits and inform corporate service coordinator of needed inventory
Ensure service vehicles are maintained appropriately
Perform any other task assigned by the manager
Applicant Requirements:
Intermediate knowledge of electronics and mechanics
Customer service oriented and willingness to work with patients in their homes.
Ability to meet and communicate with patients.
Ability to learn equipment and instruct patients.
Ability to lift, up to 80 pounds
Attention to paperwork detail.
Computer literate Microsoft Word and Excel
Current driver’s license and clean driving record is required
Professionalism and Communication skills a MUST
Drug screen/Background check required
