Martin Edwards & Associates Inc. (MEA) located in Linden, NC, is looking to hire a CDL driver ready to work as a professional driver loading and hauling seized assets.
Qualifications/Skills include:
- Minimum Class B CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum High School graduation or equivalent.
- Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations
- Familiarity with reporting
- Ability to interact with sub-contractors.
- Ability to use email functions through a cellular telephone
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must pass our pre-employment screening process and thorough background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with operating a rollback and transporting vehicles
- Familiarity with proper cargo securement
Duties Include:
- Traveling the eastern half of NC picking up seized vehicles from various towing companies.
- Completing condition reports, taking photographs, and sending emails on a daily basis.
- Driver receives dispatch on daily basis. Driver will leave and return to the home base everyday located in Linden, NC. (No overnight stays)
