Job ID#208951Job Description:As the General Maintenance Worker your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-Escort approved visitors throughout the facility-Perform general maintenance of buildings and equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such tasks as carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities-Operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required-Perform operator maintenance on all equipment used in the follow-through of duties and report higher echelon maintenance requirements to appropriate personnel-Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance, as required-Work flexible hours as required by the customer including weekends and holidays-Work overtime as required-Escort visitors-Perform general maintenance tasks-Operate gardening and grounds care equipment-Perform operator maintenance on equipment-Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance-Work flexible hours and overtime as required-Practical skill and knowledge in carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities-Familiarity with operating gardening and grounds care equipment-Ability to work flexible hours and overtime-Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic Qualifications:-Experience performing general maintenance of buildings and equipment.-Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions up to 75% of the workday.-Must be able to climb ladders potentially as high as a two-story building.-Be available to work flexible hours as required by the customer including weekends and holidays.-Be available to work overtime as required.-Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, and must have a Secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.Desired Skill:-Must be able to carry 50 Lbs.Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
