Description Job Description:Robert Half is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper for our client. This exciting role requires a mastery of accounting operations, along with adept organizational skills to successfully manage our client's financial needs. The successful candidate will have proficiency in accounts payable and receivable, and an excellent command of QuickBooks Online.Job Responsibilities:
Maintain complete financial records of all transactions.
Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Generate financial reports for review by management.
Conduct monthly and year-end closes.
Process payroll and related tax payments.
Handle tax bookkeeping, including preparing materials for a tax accountant.
Utilize QuickBooks Online for all financial operations and reporting.
Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally full-charge bookkeeping.
Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable is required.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online software.
Detail oriented with solid problem-solving skills.
Superior organizational, administrative and time management skills.
Sound understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
