Job Summary: Assist with the planning, direction, and supervision of a group of employees involved in all areas of food production work involving cooks, patient tray line, and catering associates. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe working environment. Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, e.g, menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, unit pantry stock, special requests and needs, in-between meal food delivery. Provide assistance per departmental need, for example work stations, dish room, diet office or general department sanitation. Assist in the selection and orientation of new employees and oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility. Evaluate, mentor, and discipline patient services employees according to departmental policy and maintain required records.

Job Summary: The Systems Analyst is responsible for performing the diversified duties required to coordinate computer systems applications for Patient Financial Services of GMH and subsidiary companies. Responsibilities will include 1) analysis and determination of information requirements to assist with the design, modification, and implementation of new or modified systems designed to meet the needs of Patient Financial Services and the departments we support 2) maintenance of information systems related to Patient Financial Services, including but not limited to; EPIC , SSI Claims Modules, Access Databases, STYX, Matrix Care 3) creation of spreadsheets and databases for management analysis 4) report writing 5) train Business Services staff

Job Summary: Areas of Coverage include: Courtesy Car, Visitor Information Desk, Surgery Waiting, Birthplace Reception and Emergency Department. Employees will cover al areas and shifts will include day, evening and holiday rotations. Employees duties include, but are not limited to; Greeting visitors, answering telephones and escorting visitors to Emergency Department Treatment rooms. Providing appropriate patient information in a customer friendly manner to patients, visitors, families, and staff members regarding location of patients, and visitation policies for in-house and patients in the hospital. Communicates effectively with CRMC staff and visitors, and escalates potential complaints to Patient Representatives.

Job Summary: Interview patients in a hospital setting and/or home visits to assist them in obtaining maximum benefit coverage for Federal, State and HealthNet Gaston programs. Refer patients to Department of Social Services and/or Hospital for assistance with Federal, State or Charity programs as appropriate. Maintain documentation of status of claims and patient contact in computer system. Follow up with clients as needed.
