Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role involves managing financial operations, interpreting financial data, and strategizing financial plans in alignment with the company's objectives. The Accounting Manager/Supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations and contributing to our overall financial strategy. Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency Develop and maintain financial models and budgets to guide decisions and strategies Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and forecasts for future business growth Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including overseeing payroll, benefits, and taxes Monitor the financial activities and operations of the team, coordinating with the CEO and COO as necessary Perform month-end business variance analyses and other analyses as required by management Develop and maintain financial dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators Collaborate with leadership to analyze data for operational efficiencies Guide decisions and strategies in clinic operations and client relations using financial data Utilize historical data and current trends to project future financial outcomes Analyze financial and clinical data to identify areas where resources can be better utilized, suggesting improvements to streamline operations and maximize ROI Collaborate with the leadership team to align financial and clinical analytics with the company's growth objectives Identify potential financial risks or areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Ability to use BlackLine Experience with Concur Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Capability to perform all Accounting Functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Auditing skills Ability to perform Billing Functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
