Home Detective Company is looking for great candidates to fill administrative roles within our firm. We service the Repossession Industry so any experience in that realm or the financial world will be helpful, but not required.
Job Description:
Manage day-to-day operations within the office.
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Answer multi-line phone system, assisting clients and customers answering questions related to account information, taking messages, or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues-must have excellent verbal communication skills
Work with various software programs
Relay information to customers
Coordinate and communicate with different office locations by phone or email to ensure proper payment and documentation
Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Office experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail along with organizational skills
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
