This position is a remote (work from home) position that must reside in the United States and therefore you must meet the minimum IT requirements of High speed internet, minimum speed of 10-15Mbps download and 4-6Mbps upload. If you are unable to meet these requirements, unfortunately, you will not be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting our customers via phone, email, and live chat
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound customer calls
Regularly touching base (quarterly) with all auction team members via Regional Team Meetings for rapport
Proactive planning so that there are zero issues with all auction tasks (eg. winter operations, site nuances, and any removing obstacles to delays for catalog being published, ability for team members to complete assigned tasks)
Troubleshoot Tech issues
Provide logistical support for auction teams, buyers and sellers
Administer and maintain customer accounts
Ensuring that all training is complete and stay up to date on all improvements to process and procedures
Other tasks as needed
