The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. Leasing self-storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone. Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone. Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent ready condition. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public.

HOURS
- Part Time Position 15 to 20 hours per week
Weekends & Holidays availability necessary!
Availability Hours needed are as follows:
-Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
-Sunday 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
& 1 weekday Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
$9.00 per hour plus monthly$5.00 lease bonus commission (after 30 days)
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Must own reliable Transportation
-Valid State Driver's License
- Background check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required
THE LOCATION
The location will be at our American Flag Storage facilities (2376 Hickswood Road, Suite 101) in High Point, NC.
