Blu Jay Group is looking for an individual to help greet customers, take orders, work with our sales reps supporting in showroom walks at Highpoint Market.
Must be available from April 12 – 15, 2024.
Training: Friday, April 12th morning
Shift Dates start Friday April 12th Afternoon trough Monday 15th
Two shifts: 9am – 5pm additional 1-2hrs might be needed depending on clients schedules.
Requirements
- Multiple showroom support
- Showroom support with trade attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Help facilitate customer inquiries and get them the service they need and take notes
- Become familiar with lines shown, showroom layout, products.
- Capture customer comments and feedback each day and share with sales team
- Physical Demands – requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and movement throughout the Showroom.
Requirements / Preferred:
- Out-going, enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated personality
- Effective communicator, self-starter, organized, team player
- Promote a professional image (professional casual business attire – no jeans or shorts, no mini skirts, no crop tops; appropriate footwear for being on feet all day)
- Previous Highpoint Market trade show experience preferred
- Customer Service/Hosting experience and/or Sales Experience in Wholesale or Retail is helpful
- Ability to work independently as well in a team environment
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions – open communication with showroom sales reps

- Hours are not guaranteed and will be based on business needs.
