Seeking a telemarketer to call businesses and set appointments for our sales department. You'll be calling businesses from our database to find out if they're happy with their current services. If not, you will set an appointment for our sales team to visit with the decision-maker. Hours are 9:30 - 1:30. You are expected to make 3 appointments per week as part of the base pay. Commissions are paid for appointments above the 3 for the base pay.
What we offer:
Pay: Solid base of $12.00 per hour, with the opportunity to make up to $15.00 per hour
Bonus: $50-$100 per qualified appointment
Thorough initial training on calling, using our CRM database
Business casual dress code
Strict Requirements (Don't apply if you don't meet ALL):
Minimum of 1+ year real outbound phone sales experience
Must have clear speaking voice and professional appearance
Detail-oriented, with proficiency in basic computer skills
Able to communicate clearly and correctly in written form
Positive, energetic attitude and personality
