We are a small design oriented architectural firm located in Hillsborough, NC and we are seeking an experienced AutoCAD and/or Revit drafter. This is a part-time position to begin with and working remotely is fine. This position could develop into a full-time position for the right person.
Responsibilities:
Create and develop architectural drawings for a wide variety of project types including multi-family projects, commercial up-fits, hotels, and residential projects.
Understand construction documents and detailing for mentioned project types.
Be proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit in preparing repetitive building type construction documents.
Assist other members of the design team with permit applications, writing memos and paperwork.
Desired Background/Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit with a minimum 5 years of experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organization and computer skills
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude and desire to learn
