We are seeking entry-level and experienced Construction Material Technicians to join our team. The CMT Technicians will perform soil, asphalt, masonry, and concrete testing working in the field often in adverse weather conditions. Successful candidates should be able to communicate effectively, possess a willingness to learn, perform basic math, work independently, prepare detailed reports and test results, and make safety a priority.
Qualifications:
High School degree, associate degree, or certificate
Experience is not necessary, but helpful.
Basic construction knowledge
Ability to read, understand, and follow testing procedures, such as ASTM or ACI
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
