We are currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist for the Customer Service Team in Greensboro, NC.You will enhance the prosperity of farmers by:Providing reliable, high quality customer service to an assigned client base of Syngenta retail and grower customers by establishing strong, trusting relationships and managing product order process from initiation through fulfilment.Accountabilities:Establishing and maintain solid relationships with assigned client base.Supply timely responses regarding product, pricing and program information; Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all order management and fulfillment transactions.Anticipates customer needs based on sound understanding of their business and current market and environmental dynamics and develops approaches that maximize business opportunities; proactively find new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts.Identifies and initiates necessary action to resolve issues between customer requirements and Syngenta’s ability to fulfill those requirements; Proactively communicates and/or escalates any product or order fulfilment issue(s) and proposed resolution(s) to all affected stakeholders.Collaborates with key commercial stakeholders in support of overall sales and customer retention goals.Work with others to identify Centers of Influence (COI) and develop plans to strengthen relationships.Actively utilizes the strength of the team to meet order requirements and develop in-bound & out-bound customer relationships.Exercise good judgment and apply relevant knowledge to resolve difficult situations.Ability to understand the financial impact of decisions.Identifies business opportunities and develops and implements required tactics.
