Execute effective mortgage sourcing plans and strategies through internal Truist referrals, inbound client inquiries, outbound mortgage phone sales, and other sales activities to meet or exceed agreed upon personal mortgage production goals and pre-set minimum standards.

Maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of the Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, as well as secondary market investor's guidelines utilized by Truist.

Adhere to and comply fully with any and all Truist policies and procedures related to internal and external rules and regulations, particularly those established by State and Federal law.

Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on a full understanding of client needs as well as Truist Mortgage products and their benefits.

Consistently execute on Truist's referral process by introducing mortgage clients to other bank solutions for deepening client opportunities.

Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up as determine through quality control or post-closing review.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)Work schedule will be Monday through Wednesday 9am - 6pm; Thursday 11am - 8pm and Friday 9am - 6pm.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types or completion of sales focused training program

Basic understanding of residential mortgage types

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related studies or equivalent financial sales experience.

Completion of elective training curriculum in Mortgage Lending

Prior mortgage sales contact center experience

Proficiency in a second language
