Description: Mission and ContextConceptualize, Coordinate and lead the implementation of new connected services in the area of Driver efficiency, Transport solution efficiency and uptime also being responsible for documenting the solutions in various internal systems. Assignment description? Lead the work and the resources within cross-functional teams.? High level design and concept for the onboard part of the connected services.? Contribute in defining product QDCCF in co-operation with cross-functional network and commodity PM? Define product QDCCF for the engineering task, meaning responsibility to coordinate cross-functional work to ensure product quality, delivery, project and product cost and features? Define level 4 (component/system) time plan including the most important cross-functional milestones? Validate and troubleshoot service deployment to trucks.? Secure all needed verification is executed in order to achieve a quality deliver? Secure faults found are corrected for both hardware and software Wanted Profile? Quick learner with good communication skills? Systematic, analytic , pro-active and open minded? High customer and business focus, with good people skills? Eager to grow as a person and professional, striving for excellence.? System engineering, business and connected services know-how? Leadership Competencies:o Peer relationshipso Learning on the flyo Technical learningo Action Oriented Requirements and Qualifications? Bachelor's in Electronics, Computer Science, equivalent engineering (Master's is a plus)? Minimal 3 years of experience in product development within large organizations (preferred technology and/ or Automotive companies);? Project management experience in agile method is an asset.? Experience of Agile development through SAFe is preferred? Overall knowledge of system development and system verification for connected services or automotive solutions.? Have knowledge of the assigned functions in truck/vehicle is preferred.? Experience in working with complex systems reaching all the way from embedded system to large IT solutions.? Experience with Connected Services from onboard to end user systems? Organizational savviness and cross functional leadership experience.
