Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistency and quality.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and budgeting.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of culinary excellence.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Collaborate with venue management to meet guest expectations and business goals.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Exceptional culinary and creative skills, including menu development.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
