Unit DescriptionWorking together, supporting your team, reaching for the best in a high-volume, high paced environment is second nature to you.Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for North Carolina A&T State University located in Greensboro, NC. The role will have operational oversight for the campus's food service operations, including retail, residential dining and catering.North Carolina A&T State University is the largest HBCU in the nation. With an enrollment of just over 12,000 student North Carolina A&T State University continues to grow, both academically and from a foodservice perspective. Sodexo-Aggie Dining manages all National, proprietary and in-house brands and dining concepts with 2 main dining facilities as well as a full service catering department. The Campus Operations Manager will have oversight of the entire dining portfolio consisting of two "all you care to eat" restaurants, 5 National food brands, three in house dining concepts as well as a high volume catering department. This role will have a total of 8 direct report salaried managers as well as oversight of a frontline team of 350-400 members. This role will be highly involved in succession planning, financial management, team development, marketing programming, corporate initiative implementation/oversight as well as high levels of student engagement.This is a great opportunity to be part of a progressive, innovative and creative teamThe successful candidate will:

lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and/or

train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.
