If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.What you will doThe Human Resources Representative will provide end-to-end support for our newly hired employees to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. You are also responsible for providing accurate and timely support to those who contact People Services.Core Responsibilities:Be 100% focused on providing a smooth, effective, and welcoming onboarding experience for our newly hired employees.Act as the Onboarding Coordinator and be a single point of contact for each new hire.Do front-end employee contact to provide information and forms required to onboard.Handle ADP errors with tax documents or direct deposit by partnering with the employee for resolution.Conduct orientation sessions.I-9 & E-Verify processing via Fragomen.Assist in quality assurance testing for any additional platforms provided to People Operations.Monitor and support employees enrolling in benefits.Handle incoming calls, emails, and/or chat sessions from employees quickly and effectively.Work within the service management tool to record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, transactions or interactions and take applicable action.Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring employees feel supported and valued.Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.Maintain a Service Mentality and a Passion for People to facilitate a successful outcome for all.Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance and improve contact and onboarding activities.Understand team Key Performance Indicators and work towards exceeding targets.Work cross-functionally within the Benefits team.Support with audits & reporting.Perform all other duties as assigned.Who are you?Required Competencies:A “Customer Service” mentality.Strong communication and soft skills.Business mindset, results-driven, composed with a positive attitude.Able to identify and resolve problems.Adept at follow-through, excellent organization, and time management skills.Display professionalism through sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility.Detailed oriented and the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts.Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with employees and all levels of the organization; able to create a working environment of open communication and trust.Ability to be flexible and take initiative.Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Education and Experience Requirements:Associates in Human Resources or Business Administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.Two or more years of related professional experience.Proven work experience with onboarding new employees.Experience with phone/chat support.I-9 processing experience.Necessary technical / functional / language skills:Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – Preference given for SAP knowledge and / or SuccessFactors.Experience working within a Service Management Tool.What’s in it for you?We are pleased to offer a solid package of compensation and benefits.  You will enjoy:
