Description: This position is responsible for billing and coding insurance claim processes, including the monitoring of ICD -10 and CPT codes for accuracy. The position coordinates the Student Health Plan enrollment and waiver processes. Must be an expert in medical terminology knowledge of insurance policies and procedures. This position will have active involvement in the Student Billing Department within the SHC billing software.Primary Function of Organizational Unit: The Mission of the Student Health Center is to provide patient centered, holistic health care services to the students of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.Our services are rendered in accordance with evidence-based practices and medical guidelines which help to improve the students’ physical and mental well-being.
