Description:
Mission to lead the development of efficient Spare parts Service Repair solutions to maximize vehicle uptime thereby creating a competitive product advantage in the aftermarket business.
Develop document and optimize Spare Parts solutions needed for technical repairs
Develop adapt and document repair methods standard times on component system and vehicle level
Develop adapt and document special tools needed to perform repair methods
Lead internal technical review related to spare parts repair methods and standard times to ensure coherence
Secure to verify validate and quality assure technical solution before introduction in systems
Ensure the technical solution is synchronized with stakeholders and taking a holistic view of the entire product value chain
Take ownership of the parts assortment and repair methods throughout the product lifecycle
Close collaboration with Product Development Engineering to share learnings from the market and product performance to enhance vehicle uptime
Use machine learning and business intelligence to drive efficiencies in the day-to-day work to improve dealer workshop autonomy and maintenance effectiveness
Have a passion/interest for Automation Python Java C to develop solutions to drive efficiency in day-to-day work
Strong skills in Data Analytics to help drive decision-making to support the business based on data
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BS Engineering required
2-5 years of experience
Will look at candidates with BS with internship/co-op experience
Prefer someone with automotive/truck/heavy truck/OEM experience, large assembly management
Technical Mindset/engineering mindset
