Description We are in search of a Payroll Specialist to join our team located in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will be expected to handle payroll-related tasks. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Utilizing various accounting software systems to process payroll accurately and efficiently Leveraging your knowledge of ADP Financial Services and Ceridian for payroll processing and administration Operating IBM AS/400 and Kronos Timekeeping System for effective time management and payroll computation Administering 401k and RRSP for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations Using the 'About Time' system for efficient time tracking and management Performing a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to support the overall financial operations of the company Maintaining accurate customer credit records and taking appropriate action when necessary Resolving customer inquiries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficientlyRequirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Ceridian Knowledge of IBM AS/400 Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System Expertise in 401k - RRSP Administration Proficiency in About Time Experience with Accounting Functions Knowledge in handling Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
