Insightful; understands ramifications and implications of change impacts as a whole to support quality, cost, and schedule control.Uses systematic proven processes for budgeting & maintains financial discipline of fund release in accordance with supplier contract & project gates.Ability to prepare and maintain preliminary overall project schedules encompassing all project implementation elements from preliminary design through construction through hand-over to create a credible project plan to support decision-making.Ability to orchestrate and manage detail project schedule development to provide a complete executable project plan for monitoring progress and forecasting through completion.Ability to understand schedule complexities, monitor progress, and provide insight and input to forecast and mitigate problems before they occur.
