Contract/Contract to HireSummaryOn behalf of our client Kelly Services is searching for a Quality Analyst with experience handling customer quality issues, QMS, Conducting product / Process Auditing, and drive risk assessments. The Quality Analyst will carry out testing and inspection in support of development projects and existing product ranges. The Quality Analyst facilitates the prompt resolution of customer complaints and supplier quality issues. They will ensure Quality Standards are maintained within QMS. The Quality Analyst will implement ISO 9001/TS 16949 quality standards if required and maintain Customer/Supplier Complaint and External Customer Complaint SystemsJob Details
Work with Quality Management Systems (procedures, test methods, inspection procedures, Complaint System entry and navigation, etc.)
Work to quality productivity standards
Perform problem solving and strategizing best optimal company outcome
Work with metrology equipment (i.e. Microscopes, electrical/pressure testing equipment)
Reading and interpreting drawings/schematics
Generating PPAP’s or reviewing Mfg./Supplier PPAP’s with PSW sign-off
Generating and navigating within Quality Complaint Handling software
Evaluating Warranty Claim Investigations with disposition and cost savings
Leading and closing Production or Warranty related claim sorts and/or recalls
Customer Interfacing and handling advanced quality inputs and quality issues
Develop and/or understanding a process to write Work Instructions for new processes and providing effective training to the W.I’s created
Use tools such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point and Word.
Job Requirements
Experience working with QMS Quality Management Systems.
Experience handling customer quality issues,
Experience conducting product / Process Auditing, and drive risk assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred.
10 years’ + experience preferred or pursuant of master’s degree preferred.
