Unit DescriptionSodexo is seeking a talented Retail Manager 3 for The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital located in Greensboro, North Carolina .The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital is the largest and most comprehensive medical center within the NC Piedmont's five-county region. A leader in compassionate, quality care, our easily accessible 63-acre campus includes a 541-bed teaching hospital and referral center. Moses Cone has state-of-the-art Emergency Department for Adults and Pediatric, Health Heart and Vascular Center with a Women’s and Children’s addition opening in the fall of 2019.T he ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a retail food outlet and/or catering company

Strong team building and employee engagement skills

Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.

Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.

Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.

Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.

Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.

Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers.
