This includes active engagement in our securitization activities. The Senior Analyst will prepare analyses and make recommendations to improve our execution and overall company profitability as well as plan, consolidate, and analyze actual and budgets related to our capital markets activities. This position is in our Greensboro, NC office and reports to the Manager of Structured Finance & Data Analytics within the Volvo Financial Services North American headquarters.Key Responsibilities: Act as a business consultant, responding to and communicating thoroughly and efficiently Support new securitization transaction activity, including but not limited to new pool selection, transaction forecasting and analytics, and ensuring asset tagging and pool finalization in receivable and reporting systems Generate required analysis, reporting and presentations for capital markets. Create and maintain financial reporting to maximize efficiency and drive automation Assist in analytics initiatives driving the VFS business intelligence strategy Analyze and validate results and proactively research and resolve discrepancies Coordinate the long-term planning process and periodic short-term forecasts Participate in the month-end closing process, analyzing financial metrics and developing insights Provide business support through performance, profitability, and risk analysis Support initiatives in coordination with Country, Regional, and VFS Global HQ leadership teamsWho are you?Do you dream big? MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in financial planning, modeling, and business analysis Proficiency with business intelligence applications such as Hyperion Essbase, PowerBI, PowerQuery, Tableau or Alteryx Expert level skills in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsCompetencies and Skills: Knowledge of core systems (ABS System/ABS Suite, Navision, InfoLease, Hyperion) desirable Strong candidates will have demonstrated proficiency with commercial finance and financial services concepts including sophisticated financial modeling; an aptitude for systems, data management and reporting; and the capacity for process management and continuous improvement Proven ability to communicate effectively with peers and management at all levels of an organization.
