Service Account Manager - Gasboy

Purpose of Position

Provide management oversight of Maintenance Service Contracts for National Accounts, and/or end User customers including managed maintenance programs, upgrade programs and projects rollouts. Manage revenue and cost to achieve margin targets. Manage scorecard performance to achieve critical Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with both the end customer and Gilbarco.

Provide leadership and guidance to internal associates supporting day-to-day maintenance operations, which includes technical and administrative disciplines and working directly with different areas of manufacturing operations.

Manage external Authorized Service Contractors (ASCs) with help and support of the Market Service Manager to achieve defined customer service levels and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve margin targets through cost control measures.

Achieve KPI targets with both the end customer and Gilbarco.

Establish procedures to ensure compliance and delivery of customers’ service contract requirements.

Ensure the financial success of all assigned programs and projects, meet all committed delivery dates & measures, and cultivate ongoing customer satisfaction.

Resolve contractual issues with support personnel, sales personnel, distributors, service providers, and marketing personnel to ensure program success

Develop quotations and scope of work for new services

To prepare and schedule reports per customer request

Act as an escalation point for analysts in the team, and work effectively with cross functional teams to help resolve escalated situations

Manage the dispatch and follow up process for DLA

Create and submit service invoices

Other tasks as assigned by the Customer Operations Manager

Background and Skill

Four-year undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience

Demonstrated project management skills

Microsoft Office with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Microsoft Access (desired but not required)

Effectively drive results

Effectively utilize resources to meet all customer contractual requirements (minimum)

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Analytical capability

Able to travel if needed
