SUMMARY:Ideal candidate is responsible for leading semiconductor development projects on next generation technologies in the Qorvo NC fab. Work in a leading role with process engineers, device engineers and internal customers. Flexibility across multiple technologies such as HBT, pHEMT and SAW is needed in this role.RESPONSIBILITIES:Organizing and leading development projects on GaAs, SAW and other microelectronic technologiesDefines objectives and success criteria for new process developmentAnalyzes and interprets data to drive technology improvementsCommunicating status and results of projects with engineers, managers and customersCollaborating with reliability and failure analysis to improve technologyLead FMEA and chart appropriate actions based on resultsQUALIFICATIONS:Masters degree with 6 years work experience or PhD in engineering or physical science preferred3-10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturingStrong leadership skills with experience managing a professional technical teamHighly inquisitive with a strong desire to enact improvementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA good understanding of RF tests and methodsA good understanding of statistical analysis of dataA good understanding of semiconductor device physics and processingAbility to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environmentMAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVOWe are Qorvo.
